OHIO BOARD OF NURSING – ONLINE LICENSE RENEWAL REQUIRED FOR 2014

Starting with the 2014 LPN renewal, all Ohio nurses will be required to renew their license online. During the month of April, the Board will alert LPNs, through both email and mail, to renew their licenses online. Nurses will also be able to access their User ID and Password for online renewal through the Board’s website.
