The Columbus Social Security Disability hearing office will be getting two new Administrative Law Judges (ALJs) who are scheduled to report to the Columbus, Ohio office this month. The judges names have not yet been released; however, they will undergo four weeks of training beginning and it is anticipated that they will begin presiding over Social Security disability hearings hearings in late October. The addition of two ALJs should help decrease the backlog of Columbus, Ohio Social Security disability hearings.
