Tanya began her career at Jones Law Group in 2011 as a paralegal. Shortly thereafter, she was promoted to practice manager. While working full time in these positions, Tanya obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration at Capital University and went on to attend and graduate second in her class from Capital University Law School.
